Job Description:

This position is located at the Riverside DMV Contact Center. The Riverside DMV Contact Center is seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals with a positive attitude and the ability to provide extraordinary service to our customers via the telephone. Under the direction of the Manager I, incumbents will analyze vehicle and driver license records to provide information in response to customers’ questions and make appointments for customers.

Job Requirements:

• Well-developed interpersonal skills including sensitivity, emotional intelligence/maturity, customer-first attitude, a strong work ethic, patience, and flexibility in order to communicate with internal and external customers in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner
• Accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to learn new information and processes
