The Sacramento DMV IBC is seeking an organized, self-starter to work collaboratively in a team environment focusing on superior in-person customer service. Under the general direction of the Office Manager, the Front Line Manager will be responsible for the daily operation of the IBC. The incumbent plans, organizes, trains and develops staff; assigns and directs work including new program implementation; determines the accuracy and completeness of reports, surveys, and data entered into an automated system; budgets; performs tasks in control cashiering and registration; knowledge of dealers, registration services and financial institutions regarding vehicle registration related matters; reviews and processes forms and applications pertaining to occupational licenses; and is responsible for personnel management.
