Job Description:

This position will serve as business advisor to stakeholders and will be responsible for managing the acquisition process for a full range of products/services to include architecture and engineering and construction; provide guidance to customers regarding acquisition planning; preparation of purchase requests and supporting documentation, and evaluation of quotations and proposals; and work with the U.S. Department of Commerce Office of General Counsel and NIST management regarding legal reviews or other legal matters relating to acquisitions

Job Requirements:

• You must be a U.S. citizen
• Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service
• You must be suitable for Federal Employment
• Merit applicants must meet time-in-grade/band requirements, as applicable
• Completion of Confidential Financial Disclosure, Form OGE-450
