Job Responsibilities:
- Directing and managing the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Programs.
- Serving as a subject matter expert and provides advice and services with respect to questions, regulations, practices, or other matters falling within the purview of the EEO and D&I Programs.
- Serving as the principal technical advisor and consultant to the Administrator, and all levels of management on all aspects of the EEO and Diversity programs.
- Serving as senior advisor on program areas that affect equal employment opportunities in multiple organizations.
- Providing leadership and direction in the formulation, execution, and management of policies governing the administration of the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and Special Emphasis Programs.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Background and/or Security Clearance
- Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service
- Drug testing designated position
- Successful completion of an one-year probationary period is required (unless already completed).
Qualification & Experience:
- Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.
