Job Description: We are currently seeking a Division Vice President (DVP) to manage a team of 9 direct reports (regional operations directors), 110 clinics and approximate revenues of $300M. This leader will oversee a territory covering the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan area as well as El Paso, with over 2000 teammates. This Division, Odyssey, is part of a larger region: Galaxy. Job Responsibilities: Lead the development of team, from managers to direct patient care teammates. Inspire your team to join you in the quest to provide high quality patient care. Cultivate physician and hospital relationships to generate medical director and joint venture partnerships with top organizations in the Dallas market. Lead team to deliver the nation’s leading clinical outcomes dialysis care Address top growth priorities by completing due diligence on clinic expansions, relocations, and where to build new clinics Develop and implement strategic initiatives that maximize clinical outcomes and growth.
