Job Responsibilities: Quickly and accurately prepare food products following restaurant, health, and safety standards Assemble and prepare soft serve and Blizzard cakes, including decorating with icing, gel, drawings, decorating kits, air brush, edible images, and letterings Answer fan questions about product ingredients and preparation Create and maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members Enthusiastically greet and welcome fans to the Dairy Queen brand Bring to life fans imagination through the art of cake decorating Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and be professional in every aspect of performance Calmly solve fan concerns and embrace Dairy Queens service recovery standards Be a willing team player and maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members Strive to exceed fan expectations and deliver fan first service through timely and quality service Job Requirements: Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, and promptness Communicate positively with fans and co-workers constantly during shifts Cake decorators certificate and/or previous cake decorating work Must obtain and maintain Food Handler Safety Training Card and/or similar required by local Health Department/District Competent and proficient with cake decorating tools Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times!
