Costa Coffee Recruitment – Payroll Specialist 6 month contract

Job Description:

We’re recruit a Payroll Specialist for a 6 month fixed term contract to join our Payroll Team! Working as part of our wider People Shared Services Team this role will play an integral part in delivering our payroll services to all Costa Coffee team members

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver our global mobility programmes to team members and co-ordinate their pay
• Key contact and escalation point for third parties including Ceridian (current provider) and Pensions provider (L&G)
• Assisting with the administration of a Monthly payrolls
• Dealing & resolving escalation of payroll queries.
• Provide support for our international assignees with their pay, whilst on assignment

Job Requirements:

• Experience of using Ceridian Dayforce, or other similar programmes
• A thorough understanding of payroll legislation, accounting and HR processes.
