Job Description:

As part of our ambitious growth plans at Costa we are looking for a part time People Partner to join the team and help support our business with key moments of transformation. This role will act as a change agent enabling smooth transitions across the business whilst continuing to foster our culture of Passion, Warmth, Trust and Courage. This is a great opportunity for a HR generalist with hands on experience of leading and engaging through change.

Job Responsibilities:

• To lead and/or support specific People or Brand projects as required. Ensure that all people perspectives have been dealt with and thought through. Lead the thinking and create frameworks and playbooks where appropriate working with key stakeholders and support functions.
• Ensure change drives a positive value and improves organisational effectiveness whilst aligning to the strategy and culture of the business
• Support the identification of business needs. Think, create and collaborate alongside key stakeholders to find solutions to be implemented consistently and effectively across the business including Projects. With the Other members of the People team ensure all end to end planning and execution is successful
• Ensure projects are run efficiently against plans; the correct resources and partners are in place and fully understand plans they are working to.
• Project progress is understood across the workstream, and that all dependencies and impacts across workstreams are managed and tracked to ensure safe delivery of all linked projects
• Where required, to support the delivery of management development interventions

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience of re-setting, developing and maintaining a healthy culture
• Can evidence fantastic business partnering skills and show where you have coached and influenced senior leaders into taking certain actions
• Knowledge of employment law, policies and performance management techniques
• Will be able to evidence previous experience as a HR generalist with demonstratable experience of leading on transformation/change programmes
• Experience of programme or project management, working on project timeframes over 1 year in advance
