Job Description: As the Application Development Manager, you will lead development and operations support of our enterprise back-office applications supporting our sales workforce. Strong understanding of the software development life cycle management, and various development methodologies including Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall. You will have a place in exciting upcoming projects that will look to use innovative platforms such as Data Foundry, Google Analytics, Site Core, Cloud Foundry, Code Big, etc. The role will focus on execution and delivery of our key business and technical imperatives to help achieve our company goals. Qualification & Experience: Experience and/or good understanding of sales compensation (Callidus Cloud), sales goal setting (Jedox), sales communication portal and content management systems (Unily) Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
