Job Description: Responsible for delivering engagement moments, interactions and/or events for employees with our products and services that encourage discovery, promote features and benefits, and facilitate learning to drive engagement, strengthen product knowledge, and enhance advocacy for Company products and services. Manages the execution of programs and experiences end to end to deliver sales success and an outstanding customer experience. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results, and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees. Job Responsibilities: Manages the implementation of employee engagement and/or reinforcement plans that support key sales and service behaviors and ensure the sales success of the Company’s products, services and experiences. Leads on-site execution of events, and travels as needed to support an outstanding experience and flawless execution. Partners closely with others to design methodologies and review feedback and insights to inform future plans and execution. Manages invoicing and event budgeting details as needed. Assists with the design and implementation of employee engagement plans that inform, educate and enhance the understanding of the Company’s products, services and experiences. Responsible for vendor selection, management, and negotiation in collaboration with senior leaders. Manages logistics associated with the delivery of employee engagement plans. Develops post-event feedback plans to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback measuring sentiment and adoption. Influences the design and implementation of employee engagement events – brainstorming ideas, creatively planning, and recommending communications that amplify the brand. May assist with design and manage incentives and other programs as necessary to achieve critical milestones to success. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
