Job Description: As an Organizational Development Specialist (Training Specialist on USAJOBS), you will provide advice on a variety of matters involving the training, education, and professional and staff development programs. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement programs or services to address the workforce learning needs. Lead or conduct studies to identify and analyze organizational learning needs and workforce skills gaps.
