Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Plans, directs, and reviews the activities of the assigned program/division.
• Supervises assigned staff.
• Monitors activities and ensures compliance with State and local policies.
• Develops and administers division budget.
• Develops, implements, and updates strategy for community outreach.
• Coordinates purchase of equipment and supplies.
• Monitors changes in local demographics and adjusts program to effectively target eligible individuals.
• Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with preferable coursework in Counseling, Health, Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of health program experience, to include three (3) years of administrative/managerial experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish (read and write).
• Registered Dietitian and/or Master’s Degree.
• 5 years of WIC experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
