Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, Regional Human Resources Office (RHRO) – Central, Certification Unit, CCHCS, the incumbent has the responsibility for the administration/completion of the less complex classifications and assists the Certification Unit Analyst in completion of the certification/post examination process. Independently interprets and applies a wide variety of Personnel laws, rules, policies, and processes in the performance of the various examination/certification functions.
Job Responsibilities:

This is the training and first journeyperson level for the series. Under supervision, incumbents perform subsidiary work of average difficulty in such personnel management functions as: selection; compensation; classification; training; and affirmative action.
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- One year of work experience. Preference will be given to experience which has contributed to development of verbal, analytical, or writing skills.
- One year of work experience which has contributed to development of verbal, analytical, and writing skills.
- Completion of two years of college may be substituted for the experience.
