CDC Hiring – Public Health Advisor.

Job Description:

The incumbent will serve as a principal representative for a complex public health program and to resolve pervasive health related problems which contributes to the program effectiveness of HIV and STD-related programs and enhances the overall delivery of health protection and disease prevention.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide consultative services to the most difficult and complex disease control program or project.
• Develop HIV and/or STD focused public health prevention programs.
• Serve as the technical contracting officer’s representative for grants, contracts and cooperative agreements.
• Develop strategies for program promotion, education, communication and outreach.

Job Requirements:

• US Citizenship is required.
