Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate management practices/methods and administrative operations of an organizational unit.
• Formulate and evaluate possible courses of action for resolutions.
• Develop, select, and employ qualitative and quantitative methods, procedures and systems for assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational units.
• Develop, analyze, and evaluate new or modified management policies, legislation, and regulations.
• Provide technical advice on policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
