Job Responsibilities:
- Providing advice to senior leaders, supervisors and staff; coordinating with staff to identify, evaluate and recommend appropriate human resources solutions to problems and issues; formulating and/or implementing human resources policies.
- Generating and maintaining various reports; coordinating with supervisors and staff to complete human resources actions in a timely manner.
- Serving as a liaison with LER, EEO and chief counsel for situations that have personnel implications; generating reports that track spending, identifying payroll discrepancies and forecasting expenditures based on trends and patterns; providing support for performance appraisals and awards.
- Performing a general range of mission support to supervisors and staff such as travel and training, logistics, budget and acquisition; serving as a point of contact for supervisors and staff on trends and patterns affecting business processes.
