Job Description: This role, the AVP, Cloud Enablement is responsible for designing and delivering cloud capabilities to support application, integration and data platforms. This includes collaborating with Cloud Engineering groups to enable environment automation, blueprint provisioning and delivering self-service capabilities to development teams. This leader will be responsible for enabling projects through DevSecOps practices, productivity tooling and establishing community of practices around cloud, integration and data platforms. This role will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting cloud adoption and adherence. Job Responsibilities: Manages engineering resources skilled in Cloud technologies. Supports projects and accelerates adoption and learning curve for local markets. Collaborates closely with ADM Product teams to understand upcoming changes and incorporates them into a roadmap. Partners with multiple senior technology leaders to manage a holistic approach to strategy, planning, program delivery and communications. Oversees development partner relationships, defining risk profiles for project execution. Develops implementation standards and playbooks for deploying cloud-first applications. Leads structured meetings with Senior IT and Business leaders to define program scope and translates it into execution plans with timelines and cost estimates. Defines quality metrics and governance processes in alignment with Cloud strategy. Delivers automated environment blueprints. Builds productive relationships and personal credibility with key business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and maintain alignment, in a highly matrixed global environment. Qualification & Experience: Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe). Outstanding executive communication skills, written and oral. Able to work in and bring clarity to ambiguous, evolving environments. 10+ years of experience in leading engineering teams in delivering enterprise-wide capabilities. 5+ years of experience in Cloud Platforms, preferably Azure. Experience working in Financial Services; Insurance (Life, P&C, Health) and/or Banking experience is preferred. Experience with container technology (AKS), Service Mesh, Event Streaming and other cloud-based capabilities. Maintains a high performance / high accountability mentality, demonstrated in large, matrixed initiatives. Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution capabilities; brings critical thinking and intellectual rigor.
