Job Description: As a Guest Arrival Ambassador, you’ll keep our park running smoothly while delivering great guest service with a positive, enthusiastic spirit. And you’ll do this in a lot of different ways, including processing group reservations, ensuring quick queues, handling lost ticket issues, providing guest education, handling global reservations and working the parking lot. You will: Job Responsibilities: Accurately process monetary transactions Greet and interact with guests Facilitate an organized guest traffic flow Handle will call and interaction program requests Perform crowd control in order to open and close location efficiently Practice safe work habits, including the use of personal protective equipment Answer questions and resolve guest issues Work as part of a team to increase productivity while providing excellent guest service Adhere to all cash handling policies and procedures Advise guests on show times and attraction information Qualification & Experience: Ability to complete all legal, company and department training requirements Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable handling large amounts of cash Ability to work well as part of a team Basic computer skills with Windows/Office Cash handling experience a plus Ability to push, pull and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
