Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Development of strategic plans, policies, procedures, and priorities in consultation with other BLM Divisions, Directorates, State Offices, and the Department, and providing guidance in the implementation and evaluation of these programs.

- Facilitates cooperation between Bureau and interpretive associations. Facilitates decision-making among staff. Works closely with State interpretive program leads to identify issues/solutions to enhance the Bureau Interpretation program.
- Conducts workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance exchange of information, address issues, and improve Bureau staff understanding of the latest interpretive techniques, theories, and methodology.
Job Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
