Job Description:

Global Corporate Banking Technology & Operations is seeking to expand its services & infrastructure in Asia.  The business is looking for dynamic and talented individuals to support the strategy in order to meet the growth demands from clients and client management groups in the product areas of Payments and Cross Border Remittances with specialization in FEMA (Current Account & Capital Account) Transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Back up for Branch Local Payments and Cross Border Remittances Team Lead
  • Managing Payments/CMS/Clearing/Cash/Card Settlement Operations
  • Authorization of transactions/accounting entries on GBS
  • Coordination with branches on Remittances related initiatives / regulatory guidelines
  • Handling Capital Account follow-up and Reporting desk
  • Handling of RBI applications/letters and coordination with the regulator
  • Coordinating with branches for internal and external audits for data requirements and responses on Cross Border Remittances
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders such as Compliance /Product / Business team

Job Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Team Management
  • Ability to manage volumes and multi-tasking with accuracy against stiff deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and Inter-personal skills.
