Job Description:

The position is located at our London Heathrow (LHR) operations. You will support the operational integrity of all cabin cleaning/dressing and supply ordering while maintaining a safe and efficient operation. You will also be expected to comprehend all areas of the cabin appearance manual and work flexibly across all functions of the department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all international security program (ISP) search procedures are carried out correctly by BP agents
  • Report non-compliance issues to the local American Airlines management team
  • Allocate service level requirements on a daily flight arrivals basis and communicate to the Business Partner (BP) the daily work requirement
  • Conduct Intelex audits and required audits monthly
  • Ensure the BP completes all processes regarding ground time for aircraft within the ground objective time
  • Ensure the lavatory and water sterilization reports are sent monthly for compliance
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on all aircraft to ensure the required standard of service has been met for the Cabin Appearance Manual (CAM)
  • Liaise with the APHCC department to co-ordinate efforts to service minimum ground time aircraft, equipment changes, and off schedule operations (OSO) etc.
  • Ensure the bill of work (BOW) is accomplished in the cabin website
  • Ensure all contractors are following American Airlines health and safety procedures including a monthly health and safety observation to corporate standards
