Job Description:

This Direct-Hire position is in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Tobacco Products (CTP), Office of Compliance and Enforcement (OCE), located in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves as an IT project manager for various Office of Compliance and Enforcement (OCE) IT initiatives, providing government oversight to contractors for IT projects, to include monitoring and reporting on contractor performance.
  • Plans and manages IT projects to scope, schedule, and cost, as well as risk and resource management, e.g., contractor personnel and government furnished equipment (GFE) issued to contractor personnel.
  • Tracks budget to ensure it does not exceed the limit for specific project.
  • Provides verbal and written status reports to project stakeholders and OCE leadership reporting on project status, risks, issues, budget, Capital Planning and Investment Control.
